Across 2024–2025, CAN put that transformative power into action, and the report helps us tell that story.
We championed artists, supporting them to produce high-quality work that resonated deeply with audiences and powerfully reflected the diversity of voices and stories across Greater Manchester.
Our programmes created opportunities for cultural participation for our diverse communities, particularly for people from the Global Majority, including those new to the UK, many of whom have experienced forced migration.
We’re very grateful for our partnerships, the support of our funders, the inspiring work of our artists and volunteers, and, as always, the rich contributions of the participants and audiences.
We share the belief that we have more in common than what divides us.
