Faye has been CAN’s Executive Director since 2016 and has led on all elements of the company’s business, including financial management, governance with CAN’s Board of Directors, fundraising, marketing, reporting, the strategic development of the company, and keeping in touch with our core funders and trusts and foundations. During the global pandemic, Faye worked with the team, to ensure the organisation weathered the storm.

Her key achievements with CAN include: fundraising from a range of sources; developing CAN’s new website and CRM data management system; and development of a strong Board of Trustees and staff team.

After a successful 23 years with CAN, where Faye began as our lead on fundraising and development before moving into a leadership role as the Executive Director, Faye is moving on from CAN to begin a new exciting chapter in her career.
